Our client is seeking a Telesales Executive to join their team in Frimley. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving business growth by identifying and securing new site opportunities across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to engage with site owners, present proposals, and arrange on-site surveysFollow up after surveys to secure agreements and close dealsBuild strong working relationships with landlords and gain necessary project approvalsManage outreach and follow-ups across various locations, maintaining clear and organised pipelinesAchieve and exceed weekly site acquisition targetsMaintain a resilient and proactive attitude when handling objections or rejections

Person / Experience Required:Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, with a track record of hitting targetsStrong communication and persuasion skills, both over the phone and via emailAbility to manage a high volume of daily outbound calls efficientlyResilient, tenacious, and motivated by resultsOrganised, efficient, and able to prioritise a busy workloadA team player with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset
