A lovely Part Time role has arisen for a receptionist to join an international business based in Frimley. The role is a job share, covering the afternoons from 1.00pm to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, 12.30pm to 5.00pm Friday. Some flexibility to cover the mornings during holidays would be ideal but not essential.We’re looking for a friendly, professional candidate with previous Reception/PA support experience, to greet all employees and welcome visitors to the building. Some admin support to other departments will also be needed. Key responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors, maintaining a professional image and building security
  • Administration support to various departments
  • Coordinate the post and couriers and receive deliveries
  • Handle attendance records.
We’re looking for:
  • Excellent communication skills in-person and over the phone
  • Previous experience in a similar role, switchboard skills would be ideal
  • A proactive and enthusiastic character, keen to maintain awareness of the wider business     
  • Good MS Office skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
