You will be expected to source, invite in candidates, register the staff, interview, enter details on the systems and then pass over to the relevant consultants. The ability to work as part of a team and also managing your own time to maximum effect is key to this busy role.
Ideally you will have some knowledge of the hospitality industry as we operate in this area, together with air freight. You will need to be competent on Microsoft packages and be able to use our bespoke systems. As well as resourcing there is admin duties and general meet and greet duties and potentially booking candidates into roles and vacancies
Hours are generally Monday to Friday during the day (occasional evening and weekend work may be required which of course you will be paid for) and there may be travel involved between branches on occasion
