Job Description:

We are currently seeking a 7.5 Tonne Refuse Driver to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. This role is integral to the Logistics, Distribution, and Supply Chain operations, ensuring efficient waste collection and disposal services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a 7.5T vehicle to deliver and remove bins within designated areas.
• Collecting and disposing of bulky items such as white goods, sofas, and other large waste materials.
• Ensuring all refuse and recycling collections are completed in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintaining high standards of vehicle cleanliness and safety checks.
• Complying with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Valid 7.5T (C1) driving license with CPC and Tacho card.
• Physically fit and capable of handling heavy loads and manual work.
• Previous experience in refuse collection, waste management, or a similar Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain role is desirable.
• Good communication skills and a positive work ethic.

Working Hours & Pay:

• Monday - Thursday: 07:00 - 15:30
• Friday: 07:00 - 14:30
• 39 hours per week
• Pay Rate: 13.96 per hour
