Account Executive - Case Handler

We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive - Case Handler role to join the team in our Camberley office.

As a Case Handler, you'll play a pivotal role in managing active cases for our clients and customers. Acting as the key point of contact, you'll ensure smooth communication and timely resolutions through phone and email.

This role is a full time position based on-site within our Camberley office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and reviewing an existing caseload with team support
  • Maintaining clear communication between clients and customers via telephone and email
  • Collaborating with the enforcement team to follow up on case inquiries
  • Working to deadlines to ensure efficient service
  • Writing reports and handling invoicing
