CMA Recruitment Group has partnered with a forward-thinking accountancy practice who do things differently. Although they aren’t your average practice, this Client Account Manager role is one of their more traditional roles.
This firm predominantly work from home and have worked on their open channels of communication, ensuring no one feels isolated whilst working remotely.

What will the Client Account Manager role involve?

  • Being the first port of call for all accounts questions from clients.
  • Reviewing clients’ numbers in Xero for our Outsourcing Team.
  • Reviewing the statutory Accounts and Tax Computations.
  • Working with the wider team and the client, to ensure their accounts are filed way before the deadline.
  • Help clients have meaningful information at their fingertips.

Suitable Candidate for the Client Account Manager vacancy:

  • As all of their client interactions are over video call, it’s important that you have the confidence to do this.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work within a team.
  • 2+ years’ working in a similar role within practice.
  • Studying towards ACCA.
  • Xero knowledge.
