We are seeking a highly organised Sales Administrator to join our client's expanding Order Management team.

In this role, you will support Account Managers by accurately processing orders, addressing order-related inquiries, and coordinating with business partners to ensure the smooth delivery of each project.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end order process, assisting with quotations, deliveries and returns
  • Process sales orders accurately, collaborating closely with other departments to ensure timely deliveries, and preparing loading plans and shipping documentation
  • Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM database and ensure all sales orders are up-to-date
  • Assist in resolving invoice and payment queries efficiently
  • Provide support for daily operational tasks and activities

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in an order processing role
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • IT savvy, previous experience using SAP would be bonus

Title: Sales Administrator

Salary: up to 28,000 DOE

Location: Camberley

Contract: Full-time Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, fully office based
