Responsibilities:
- Check and generate sales invoices
- Reconciliation of bank statements
- Check banks daily and process payments
- Generate Sales Ledger month end statements and send to the customers.
- Process Cheques
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Prepare weekly/monthly supplier payment runs and input into the bank system.
- Assist with credit control when needed
Requirements:
- Must be able to demonstrate experience in Sales Ledger
- Sage Experience essential
- Must have relevant general accounts experience.
