Job Title: Administrator – Quality & Assurance Department

VINCI Facilities is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Quality & Assurance team on the FDIS VINCI Defence contract. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and effective management of hard services works within a Facilities Management environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Quality & Assurance department.
- Manage and maintain records of hard services works.
- Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist with customer service tasks as required.
- Utilize Excel and other IT packages to track and report data.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong administration skills with prior office administration experience.
- Ideally experienced within a Facilities Management environment.
- Proficient in Excel and various IT packages.
- Previous experience in a customer service setting is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
