The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we are excited to announce opportunities in our Welding Department. We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our team at Blackwater, Truro

The successful candidate will be responsible for welding operations, ensuring the efficient and timely flow of fabricated items into finished products or stock.

Your Main Tasks Would Be

To perform MIG welding tasks on various thickness materials, maintaining high-quality standards.
You will read and interpret engineering drawings to complete welding projects accurately.
Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
Assist with other factory duties when needed.

What We Need From You

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of MIG welding experience (a weld test will be conducted at the interview).
Skills: Ability to work with various material thicknesses and interpret engineering drawings.
Attributes: Committed to safety, quality, and productivity with a strong team-working ethic.
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform manual handling tasks and adapt to a physically demanding environment.
