- Building and managing a team of Regional Building Surveyors to provide solution with complex repairs.
- Manage and resolve challenging projects, keeping customer satisfaction to a high standard.
- Collaborate with contractors, clients, and in-house teams to maintain housing stock to the highest standards.
- Ensure health and safety compliance across all projects, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Extensive domestic dwelling experience from a technical management perspective, demonstrating an understanding of the built environment.
- Good level of knowledge of building diagnosis and fault-finding experience.
- Demonstrates knowledge of health and safety legislation pertaining to management of housing and the construction industry, including CDM.
- Knowledge of letting and project management of contracts and service providers, including developing formal specifications, contracts and technical information as well as managing health and safety.
- H&S Certification (SMSTS / IOSH / NEBOSH or equivalent).
- Level 4 or 5 Qualification in a construction related field (HNC/HND or equivalent).
- Professional membership of MCIOB or RICS.
