Building and managing a team of Regional Building Surveyors to provide solution with complex repairs.
Manage and resolve challenging projects, keeping customer satisfaction to a high standard.
Collaborate with contractors, clients, and in-house teams to maintain housing stock to the highest standards.
Ensure health and safety compliance across all projects, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.

The Candidate will need:

Extensive domestic dwelling experience from a technical management perspective, demonstrating an understanding of the built environment.
Good level of knowledge of building diagnosis and fault-finding experience.
Demonstrates knowledge of health and safety legislation pertaining to management of housing and the construction industry, including CDM.
Knowledge of letting and project management of contracts and service providers, including developing formal specifications, contracts and technical information as well as managing health and safety.
H&S Certification (SMSTS / IOSH / NEBOSH or equivalent).
Level 4 or 5 Qualification in a construction related field (HNC/HND or equivalent).
Professional membership of MCIOB or RICS.
