Pertemps are looking for an Customer Service Administrator to join our large client, for a period of up to 6 months as an Administrator within their Customer Services Team.As the Customer Service Administrator you will be contributing towards reducing the level of failed appointments by contacting customers via text, telephone call and email the day before their appointments.  The successful candidate will require a good eye for detail and the ability to work quickly under pressure, meeting targets, whilst paying particular attention to details and accuracy as there is a large element of data entry involved.  Good communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to take meticulous notes are essential.Title - Customer Service Administrator Hours per Week: 37 hoursWorking Pattern: Mon - Fri between 8am and 5pmExpected Length of Contract: 6 months About the Candidate:To be considered for this opportunity, the candidate will be/have:
