Package:

  • Competitive basic salary of 22,000 - 23,000 per year
  • Uncapped commission structure that allows you to earn significant additional income (27k-40k in first year OTE depending on abilities)
  • Full time permanent contract

  • Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis

Responsibilities:

  • As a Sales Negotiator, you will be the face of the business, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Actively contributing to branch performance and achieving sales targets
  • Managing incoming property enquiries and registering potential buyers
  • Conducting property valuations and viewings
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
