BCC is a Domiciliary Home Care and Supported Living organization with offices in London and other areas. We provide tailored support and care for the vulnerable adults in the community. We are expanding our services to different parts of England. We are currently in search of compassionate, caring, flexible, and reliable Care Manager to join our team in Camborne and Cornwall area.

Requirements;

  • Candidates must possess NVQ L3/L4 Diploma in Health and Social Care and potentially working towards their L5.
  • Experience in a similar role or equivalent. in health and social care.
  • Skills and Knowledge in health and social care are essential and willing to learn new things.
  • Good working knowledge of CQC essential standards and the Health and Social care Act and Regulations.
  • Able to effectively manage staff, budgets, and resources, ensuring a cost-effective service that doesnt compromise on care.

Care Manager Day to Day duties:

  • Providing a safe, caring environment.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Writing detailed weekly or monthly reports.
  • Stepping in when Registered Manager unavailable.
  • Work with HR and other departments efficiently.
  • Delegating task effectively to the team members while taking responsibilities for the outcome.
  • Developing strategies for new projects, set deadlines and create workflows.
  • Directing team members to follow company rules and guidelines.
  • Keeping records of all aspects of the service.
  • Can summarise team activities in order to keep senior managers informed.

Candidate must-have (Qualification):

  • Administrative/IT skills and knowledge etc.
  • Knowledge of legal responsibilities and regulations in health and social care.
