A growing first-class provider of Domiciliary Care and Supported Living throughout Camborne, Cornwall, are looking for an experienced manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their service.

Are you experienced in supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex care needs or care of the elderly, and would like the opportunity to join a privately owned Supported living and Domiciliary care provider?

The company providesIndependent Supported Living (ISL) and respite services to people who live in their own homes, both adults with learning disabilities and older people throughout Camborne, Cornwall. You will be working for a reputable, well-respected company.

This is a busy service providing time-limited care calls to elderly and those with Learning disabilities and complex needs.

We are interested in speaking to experienced managers with strong leadership skills, who are motivated and enthusiastic about introducing new ways of working in line with CQC guidelines, to grow and develop the service further.

Key responsibilities of the role are to ensure the safe growth and quality of the business, and to recruit, lead and manage a large staff team. Successful candidates will be knowledgeable and experienced in the relevant policies to comply with current legislation, and able to build close working relations with local authorities, CQC and other related health professionals.

Successful candidates will hold Health and Social Care Level 5.
