Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Supply Teacher to work in Primary Schools in and close to Cambourne and throughout South Cambs

About the role

The desired Supply Teacher will be working with pupils, with a wide range of ability levels. You will work in the town of Cambourne, Cambridgeshire as well as neighbouring villages and other towns such as Royston. This role would be suitable for both NQT/ECTs and experienced Teachers. You would be covering work that is set by the teacher who is off. This is a full or part time role starting ASAP - it is completely flexible in terms of which days you want to work.

About the school

We work with a number of great primary schools in and around Cambourne from small village schools to large, 3 form entry schools. They expect the best provision for the children under their care and very much value good supply teachers. Long term roles can often result from doing supply if that is what you would like to do.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Supply Teacher - Cambourne (Cambridgeshire) you will:

  • Qualified Teacher with QTS (ECTs may apply too)
  • Flexibility to work in different primary school settings
  • Have a friendly, positive outlook with a sense of humour.

Salary

£130 to £212 per day

Daily rate depends if the role is day-to-day supply or long-term cover where the workload is higher

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • PGCE, BEd, BA (QTS), Overseas qualified with QTS
