We are seeking a passionate, data-driven Process Engineering Intern to join our team and contribute to enhancing our operational efficiency and quality. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation of dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve various departmental processes.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work across different teams and sites to connect and harmonize data, ensuring consistent metrics are implemented across the organization.
  • Data collection - Data interpretation - analysis and then results or solution.
  • Collaborate with system engineering teams to enhance product development and improve field operations.
  • Eager to learn about the project - microscopes
  • Continuously monitor and maintain dashboards to guarantee data accuracy and relevancy.


Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, data processing, or a related field.
  • A keen interest in process engineering, data analysis, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboard tools is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing tasks and learn quickly.
  • Knowledge of data collection, cleaning, and analysis techniques.
