Role: CustomerAccount Manager
Location: Outskirts of Cambridge, CB23
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (OFFICE BASED)
Salary: up to£32,500 per annum + quarterly bonus

We’re on the hunt for a Customer Account Manager to join a growing team in a dynamic company that’s setting the standard in the beauty and medical aesthetics space. You’ll be the glue that holds everything together, managing client relationships, promoting top-tier products, and making sure every customer interaction is memorable.

Your duties:
- Communicate with new and existing customers and keep them informed on any updates regarding offers or company news
- Build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships
- Identify customer needs to result in effective solutions and encourage sales for the company
- Prepare reports on account status
- Answer any customer queries and manage expectations
- Process orders and take payments
- Update customer records on the company database
- Liaise and assist the field sales team and achieve any company goals
- General office support
About you:
- Experience in Account Management or Business Development of 2+ years
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to build relationships with clients
- Good organizational skills
- Team player
