BDS are recruiting for a Revenues & Benefits Officer based in Cambourne Cambridgeshire.

You will be responsible for the maintaining of the Council Tax database with particular emphasis on answering customer queries by telephone and correspondence using our system.

Other work will includeworking from system reports or spreadsheets, dealing with arrangement request forms and other contact via the website. The majority of the work involves dealing with accounts subject to all types of recovery and enforcement such as reminders, final notices, summonses, attachment to earnings or benefits, Enforcement Agents.

There is a hybrid option for this role.

Experience of working in a debt recovery environment would be desirable
