Your Day-to-Day as an Assistant Centre Manager

  • Welcome visitors, tenants and guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Support the Centre Manager in handling sales enquiries and booking tours
  • Manage meeting room bookings, event coordination, and client communications
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from post and access cards to general admin
  • Keep internal systems updated and ensure accurate client billing
  • Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and maintain high presentation standards across the centre
  • Champion an exceptional member experience and contribute to community building

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this Assistant Centre Manager role, you'll ideally bring:

? Previous experience in a front-of-house, reception or administrative role? Excellent communication and organisation skills? A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently? A calm and capable approach to multitasking and problem-solving? Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training provided if needed)?
