- Accounting for the leases of 147 offices and dilapidations. This needs you to have knowledge of or to be able to learn about IFRS16. It will also involve understanding about how changes in the P+L impact on the balance sheet.
- 20% of the role will be managing a team of three. This is a chance to manage for the first time if you've not done it before. The team are friendly and work well together and you need to be able to keep the momentum going.
- 10% of the role will be around banking, direct debits and standing orders.
- Strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of an ERP system
- Strong communication skills to liaise with other departments
