Job Purpose
  • Work closely with senior auditors to support engagements from planning to completion for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Preparation of statutory accounts, as well as reviewing accounts prepared by junior staff.
  • Preparation of corporation tax computations (training can be provided if needed).
  • Work closely with clients to build trusted relationships, being the go-to for support.
  • Deliver a strong commercial awareness, reviewing opportunities for fee development.
  • Underpin audit and accounts matters with current legislation and compliance.
  • Champion your own professional development, undertaking training opportunities.
  • Support junior team members by knowledge sharing and supporting their progression.

  • ACA or ACCA?qualified or part qualified with previous experience within practice.
  • Experience supporting audits from planning to completion.
  • Adept at the preparation of statutory accounts.
  • Corporate tax knowledge is desirable but not essential.
  • A hands-on team player who can also work autonomously.
  • Excellent work ethic, self-motivated, and reliable.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.
  • Able to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
  • Good awareness of current affairs and solid commercial acumen.
