Working as part of a team of 3 in finance this role will support the Finance Director to produce all aspects of financial management. The key responsibilities of this role will include -- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.- Assist in the preparation of the annual statutory accounts- Prepare and publish timely monthly management accounts- Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations- Prepare, manage and oversee annual audits- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. You will ideally be ACCA or ACA qualified with experience in a financial accounting role, you must have effective time management and prioritisation skills.
