- Currently, a Financial Controller is being recruited for a dynamic business located on the outskirts of Cambridge.
- The role requires experience in working with small to medium-sized businesses and advising on financial issues, with a salary of £60,000 to £70,000.
- Candidates should have significant experience in accountancy practices or industry, along with team management exposure.
- The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with skills in creating management accounts and finance processes.

You will ideally have experience of working within an accountancy practice and had experience working within industry, however my client will consider candidates with significant exposure solely in either.
You will have experience of working with small and medium sized businesses, advising shareholders and business owners on financial issues affecting their businesses which could include tax planning, cashflow issues and applications for funding.
Experience of creating and presenting management accounts and board packs to stakeholders and designing, implementing, and managing finance processes and policies for clients. You will also have had exposure of managing a team including direct line management and recruitment.
You will be fully qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
