We're exclusively partnered with a well-established and successful group based in North Cambridgeshire as they look to appoint a permanent, part-time Management/Treasury Accountant to their finance team. This job opportunity is available for the equivalent of 2-3 full working days, with flexibility on how those hours are worked, e.g. 3 full days, 5 shorter days etc.
Your new role
You will be a key member of the finance team, in a position which gives you good variety and allows you to support across a number of key areas of finance, with duties including:
- All aspects of banking, including review and approval of payments, setting up new accounts, new customer direct debit set up etc.
- Cash flow forecasting
- Variance analysis
- Management reporting (cash)
- Review of bank reconciliations
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will need:
- A proven track record of working in all-round, varied accounting positions, with experience in treasury and financial analysis.
- Good communication skills for collaboration with the wider finance team, whilst also being able to work independently.
- Sound understanding of accounting systems and processes.
