As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in financial operations and end-to-end management reporting while supporting the Financial Controller. You’ll also contribute to process improvements and oversee junior team members.Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly management accounts
Managing month-end processes for timely reporting.
Balance sheet and P&L management.
Overseeing prepayments and accrual postings
Supervising junior team members
Implementing and improving finance processes
Supporting the Financial Controller/CFO with ad hoc projects

The Ideal Candidate:

AAT Level 4 or Part-Qualified Accountant
Experience in management accounting within a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to manage/mentor junior team members
Exposure in a finance function for a technology or telecoms business would be advantageous
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
