Management Accountant Cambridgeshire

FTC - 6 months

Salary: £46'234 - £48'667

Sellick Partnership are excited to be working with a Cambridgeshire based organisation for the recruitment of a part qualified/qualified Management Accountant.

The Management Accountant will be responsible for supporting the Finance Manager (FA) in the production of the monthly management reports and in the preparation and consolidation of the annual budget and forecasting processes and for providing business partner support to key managers and budget holders.

Management Accountant responsibilities

  • Management reporting
  • Producing accurate timely and regular reports and written commentary
  • Variance analysis to relevant budget and forecasts
  • Preparing accurate and timely monthly management accounts, financial reports and board reports
  • Accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations
  • Developing and preparing financial and non-financial reports
  • Budget setting and Forecasting
  • Supporting in the preparation of consolidating annual budgets and forecasting processes
  • Providing financial advice to budget holders
  • Pulling together management packs
  • Financial Controls: General ledger maintenance, accrual accounting
  • Statutory accounts
