ProTalent is looking for a Permanent Part Qualified Accountant for a Practice based in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.

If you have experience as a Semi Senior or Part Qualified professional, this role offers an attractive salary range of £26,000 - £30,000.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Preparation of financial statements for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders.
  • Assisting with corporate tax computations and VAT returns for corporate clients.
  • Assisting with personal tax returns for company directors.
  • Providing basic payroll services for clients.
  • Communicating and liaising with clients to resolve queries.
  • Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
Requirements
  • AAT qualification or equivalent, with ACCA/ACA part-qualification being advantageous. Qualified by Experience will also be considered.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a UK practice.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in leading accountancy software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision when required.
  • Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
