We are delighted to be partnering with a growing business as they seek to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join them on a temp to perm basis. The role will be initially temporary until January/February next year, and within the role, you will report into the Financial Controller. This role is newly created and will be fully remote, however you will ideally be based in the Cambridgeshire area for ad hoc trips to the office. As the incoming Accounts Assistant, you will play a vital role in the day to day running of the finance department. You will be tasked with the following duties:- Processing purchase invoices- Supplier statement reconciliations - Monthly bank reconciliations- Assisting with accruals and prepayments- Managing the expense processTo be considered for this position, you will have previous experience working in a similar Accounts role previously, with good knowledge of accounting procedures. You will also have strong excel and IT skills, and excellent communication skills.
