Salary: 24-28,616pa
Hours: 9-5pm Monday to Friday

You will take responsibility for the admin of all courses, events and webinars across the Foundation. You will embed, maintain and monitor systems and processes leading to effective course administration.

Main responsibilities:
  • Manage all pre and post event communications with course participants
  • Provide admin for participants for online courses
  • Ensure events are advertised on Eventbrite
  • Provide technical support for webinars and courses as required
  • Monitor completion of course surveys and feedback
  • Schedule post course reviews after delivery of each course
  • Monitor and respond to enquiries
  • Manage the diary for Head of Training
  • Schedule and plan monthly training team meetings
  • Provide external meeting coordination
  • Book train tickets and accommodation
  • Book staff training
  • Maintain full and electronic records and audit trails

Your skills/experience:
  • Previous experience of maintaining and developing digital systems
  • Experience handling internal enquiries
  • Excellent written and communication skills
