They have successful business operations across the globe. Job responsibilities of the French speaking Tender Specialist Working as part of their multi-functional operations team, you will work closely with other departments to research, follow and manage exciting tender opportunities for commercial projects across France into sectors such as health, agriculture and various sciences. You will be responsible for the complete tender process, reviewing tender requirements, quotations and document management.
Your role will typically include the following duties and responsibilities:
- Manage the complete tender submission project from start to finish
- Download tender documents for team review
- Manage questions and responses from all parties involved in the tender
- Maintain a library of documents and standard responses
- Manage the process before the tender is submitted
- Create and collate all tender information as required
- Review all tender documentation prior to submission
The successful candidate background
- Fluency in French and English is essential. Other language skills would be an advantage (but not essential)
- Have very strong skills in administration - essential
- Experience in tender coordination, bid management, marketing or business development
- Be able to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Ability to work at a fast pace and to strict deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and good communication skills
