Sales Relationship Management Administrator

the role:

To provide complete administrative support to the organisation; focusing primarily on the pre-sales and sales process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate computer-based Customer Relationship Management software for the sales process and use all the word processing and other software to
  • produce correspondence, reports, training specifications, training programmes and data updates, as required.
  • Operate the marketing and sales systems.
  • Maintain catalogue, reference and update handouts and other reference material for the sales process.
  • Receive, record and deliver telephone messages.
  • Give advice and information on ’ services to customers and potential
  • customers.
  • Assist the organisation on stands at exhibitions.
  • Maintain filing systems for all feedback, correspondence, literature, reference data,
  • training programmes.
  • Receive and entertain visitors, callers, course delegates.
  • Undertake any other duties that may reasonably be required by the organisation

The candidate,

  • Looking for a role with growth
  • Good attention to detail and at least 2 years in a similar role (Administration supporting Sales)
  • Candidates must be able or used to talking to clients by telephone and taking orders and bookings.
