Supporting a busy Tutorial office in the heart of Cambridge City Centre as a Tutorial Administrator this temporary role, starting on January 7th, will be expected to last around two months. Our client will also be recruiting permanently so there is potential this temporary role could move to a permanent contract.

The role of Tutorial Administrator is integral to the overall functionality of the office and this is reflected in the hourly rate of £16.00ph (+ free lunches!). You'll be working as part of team supporting on a range of administrative related tasks whilst also acting as a key point of contact for students.

On a day to day basis you can expect to:

  • Monitor the main inbox
  • Maintain and update records
  • Assist with arranging meetings on behalf of Tutors
  • Work collaboratively with other departments
  • Support students with a range of day to day queries either directly or by guiding them to the right POC within another department

This role is ideal for someone with previous experience within the Cambridge Colleges, someone with excellent interpersonal skills who values customer service and for an individual who thrives in a busy, collaborative environment.

Due to the location of our client they are unable to offer onsite parking however, they are easily accessed via public transport.
