As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with customers while supporting the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
This is a full-time, permanent role, onsite daily.
Typical Duties Include:
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, lasting relationships.
- Keep existing customers informed about current offers, company news, and promotions.
- Engage with customers to encourage sales and enhance relationships.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries.
- Manage customer expectations effectively and professionally.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Process customer orders and take payments.
- Maintain and update customer records on the company database.
The Successful Candidate:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers at all levels.
- Previous B2B Sales/Account Management experience
- Ability to develop and maintain good client relationships.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Hardworking, flexible, and willing to take on new challenges.
- A friendly, enthusiastic team player who thrives in a busy office environment.
