Job Summary

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for technology? We're looking for a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and support our advanced equipment at customer sites worldwide. This is a key role in ensuring our clients get the best performance from our products, combining technical expertise with customer-facing interaction.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer locations.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, minimizing downtime.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to optimize performance.
  • Provide customer training and support on product usage.
  • Maintain detailed service reports and update internal teams on key findings.
  • Collaborate with engineering and support teams to enhance product reliability.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and product developments.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Electrical qualification (e.g., 18th Edition) is desirable.
  • Proven experience in a field service or similar technical role.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently, managing schedules and travel efficiently.
  • Valid driver's license (travel to customer sites required).
