Job Summary

This is a key role in ensuring our clients get the best performance from our products, combining technical expertise with customer-facing interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer locations.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, minimizing downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to optimize performance.
- Provide customer training and support on product usage.
- Maintain detailed service reports and update internal teams on key findings.
- Collaborate with engineering and support teams to enhance product reliability.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and product developments.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Electrical qualification (e.g., 18th Edition) is desirable.
- Proven experience in a field service or similar technical role.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, managing schedules and travel efficiently.
- Valid driver's license (travel to customer sites required).
