Service Engineer, Field Based (East of England), £28,000pa

The purpose of this role: 

As a Service Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the after-sales installation and servicing of specialist fluid filtration equipment. Travelling to commercial customer sites across the East of England, you’ll act as an ambassador for the company, delivering customer service.

As a Service Engineer, you will: 

  • Cover mainly the East of England, with some requirement for national travel.
  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of a range of industrial filtration equipment.
  • Identify any faults or parts needing replacement / upgrading and carry out repairs.
  • Identify opportunities for service upgrades, spare parts and other aftermarket care options.
  • Develop good customer relationships, providing advice and acting as a company ambassador.
  • Ensure all safety and record paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner.

The successful Service Engineer will: 

  • Have working knowledge of extraction and/or filtration systems whether that be air, liquid or both.
  • Have a full, clean UK driver’s licence.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electro-mechanical systems.
  • Experience of field-based service is beneficial.
  • Be familiar with good health & safety practices.
