A Lead Electro-Mechanical Production and Test Technician with a background involving assembly and testing of electro-mechanical components and systems, will join a thriving award-winning Technology Company.
Working within the thermal imaging space, the successful Lead Production Technician will bring a range of knowledge to include fault-finding and debugging of electro-mechanical systems, assembly and SMT soldering, reading schematics and ideally some experience with optical assembly.
You will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and test processes, ensuring the efficient production of opto-electromechanical devices.
To be considered for this LeadProduction role you will possess the following:
- A relevant formal Engineering qualification.
- Familiarity across electronic, electrical and mechanical engineering.
- Proven experience of Electro-mechanical assembly techniques.
- SMT Soldering and PCB repair skills.
- Strong troubleshooting, fault-finding and debugging skills.
- Experience using a range of standard test equipment.
- An understanding of basic programming.
- Exposure to optical assembly is highly beneficial.
Applicants for this Lead Production role must have full eligibility to work in the UK without restrictions, possess 5+ years Production Engineering experience and hold an HNC/HND or Degree in an Engineering discipline.
