Lead Supplier Quality Engineer:
- Supplier Quality Engineer or Quality Engineer experience, within an electronics, telecommunications or similar industry
- Extensive experience on-boarding and managing suppliers across a global supply chain, driving continuous improvement in a volume manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication and presentation skills and ability to effectively and proactively collaborate with suppliers and teams, across all levels of a business.
- Strong knowledge of SMT production lines &/or electro-mechanical assemblies
- Strong Auditor experience, both internal and supplier
- Skilled in applying PPAP core tools within a volume manufacturing environment, in particular, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC and FAI
- Ability to be flexible around international travel (10% travel expected)
- Full clean driving licence and own car
- Quality Auditor to a recognized Quality standard, such as IRCA certified ISO9001 Lead Auditor

Role:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Lead Supplier Quality Engineer
Location:Â Â Â Â Â Â Cambridge
Salary:          £50-60K plus annual company performance bonus (typically 5-6%), pension, private healthcare, dental plan, income protection plan, free parking, great restaurant facilities and an early finish on Fridays (Mon-Thurs 8 hours, Friday 5 hours)
