Architect job in Cambridge joining an award-winning practice that, due to recent success has taken on new education, mixed-use, and residential projects - they would also consider experienced Architectural Technologists. Offering a salary of up to 38,000 - 43,000 plus benefits.
The practice is an employee-owned trust that have been established for over 5 decades operating across 2 offices. The Cambridge office is comprised of 40 staff members who work across a broad range of sectors. The team prides itself on its client-focused approach.
Role & Responsibilities
- Managing projects and the project resources
- Production of design and technical drawing packages
- Using Revit daily
- Working with the team in a collaborative manner
- Reporting to senior/associate members of staff
- Meeting with clients/stakeholders/contractors when needed
- Attending site visits when required.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 to 5 years post-part III UK experience
- Demonstrable experience working across all RIBA stages
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential to this role
- Previous experience working on education, residential, and Mixed-use projects
- Experience working collaboratively with a team to achieve deadlines
- Good understanding of the UK building regulations
- Experience communicating with stakeholders, clients, and contractors.
