An Architectural Practice in Cambridge is seeking a qualified Architect with a salary range of £32,000 to £44,000, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate should be ARB registered or RIBA qualified, with post-Part Two and ideally Part Three experience in a UK-based practice.
Candidates must have a proven track record in educational projects, proficiency in Revit, and strong design and technical abilities.
The role requires excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and contractors, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Their talented team are comprised of Architects, Architectural Technologists and Architectural Assistants. They dedicated to ensuring regular training and investment into the latest technology and have cultivated an environment that supports progression, innovation and creativity. They have a diverse portfolio of projects that has expanded across a number of sectors however their specialities lie within education, healthcare and commercial. With exciting plans to continue their growth they are seeking a passionate Architect to join their social team in Cambridge.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Architect with experience working on education and similar projects with demonstratable proficiency in a Revit and a keen eye for detail.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

ARB registered / RIBA qualified
Post Part Two and ideally Part Three experience in a UK based Practice
Proven track record of working on educational projects
Job running experience is beneficial
Boast design flare and creativity
Passion for innovation and sustainable designs
Be able to hit the ground running
Proficiency with Revit is essential
Experience working across the RIBA stages
Great technical abilities
Liaise confidently with clients, contractors, relevant authorities and other professionals
Present design proposals
Strong problem solving skills
Keen eye for detail
Work across multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting strict deadlines
Keen to input to company growth
Live locally to the Cambridge area
