I am actively seeking a passion Architectural technologist to join a thriving architectural practice in pone of their three offices. This talented Architectural technologist will be joining the team in Cambridge benefitting from regular training opportunities and a chance to work on a mix of significant projects across sectors such as education, residential, commercial and defence. This successful Practice have earnt themselves a stellar reputation over the last 20 years for their ground-breaking, creative designs that have cultivated strong relationships with a number of influential clients. They are renown for their investment into the latest technologies and their staff. They are keen to continue their growth and have several exciting projects on the horizon.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have a passion for innovative technical drawings, previous experience working on education projects and proficiency in Revit.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • CIAT member
  • HND/HNC or degree in Architectural technology
  • Post qualification experience in a UK based Practice
  • Proven track record of working on educational projects
  • Job running experience is advantageous
  • Passion for innovation and sustainable designs
  • Be able to hit the ground running
  • Proficiency with Revit is essential
  • Experience working across the RIBA stages
  • Great technical abilities
  • Liaise confidently with clients, contractors, relevant authorities, and other professionals
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Through knowledge of current building regulations
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Work across multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting strict deadlines
  • Keen to input to company growth
  • Live locally to the Cambridge area
