Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Salary: £32-40,000 dependent on experience
I am excited to be seeking a passionate Architectural Technologist to join a well-established, highly reputable Architectural practice in Cambridge. This dynamic practice has cultivated an excellent reputation for their award winning, innovative, and beautifully crafted designs, with specialist knowledge in the residential and retail sectors. However, with their success they have diversified and now cover industrial, leisure, workplace and student accommodation projects from small to large scale. They have a medium sized team who benefit from a supportive and social work environment where creativity thrives. They are keen to continue their growth and add to their Revit technical capability so are currently seeing a Revit proficient Architectural technologist to join their friendly team.
The successful Architectural Technologist will have proficiency in Revit, with a range of project experience in sectors such as industrial, retail and commercial and a keen eye for detail.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- CIAT member
- HND/HNC or degree in Architectural technology
- Several years of post-qualification experience in a UK based Practice
- Diverse portfolio of projects or varying scales
- Job running experience is advantageous
- Passion for innovation and sustainable designs
- Be able to hit the ground running
- Proficiency with Revit is essential
- Experience working across the RIBA stages
- Great technical abilities
- Liaise confidently with clients, contractors, relevant authorities, and other professionals
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Through knowledge of current building regulations
- Keen eye for detail
- Work across multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting strict deadlines
- Keen to input to company growth
- Live locally to the Cambridge area
