This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking architectural practice who provide high quality design services to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and creative Senior Architectural Technician to hit the ground running for their Wansford studios.
To be successful in applying for the role of Senior Architectural Technician, you will need to have strong and relevant UK based post qualification experience as well as having proficiency with AutoCAD. The successful candidate will need a successful background within the residential sector, as well as strong experience of job running. The individual will also need to be able to demonstrate strong UK building regulation knowledge as well as excellent technical construction drawings.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
- Degree within Architecture or Architectural Technology
- Strong post qualification experience within a UK practice as an Architectural Technician
- Strong knowledge and understanding of up-to-date UK building regulations
- Proficient with AutoCAD or ArchiCAD
- Strong technical construction drawing skills
- Ability to work well independently as well as within a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK Driver's License is essential
