Senior Architectural Technologist

We are currently recruiting for a talented Senior Architectural Technologist to join a well-established multi-disciplinary practice based in Cambridge that work throughout the UK designing and delivering projects that range in value between 5m-30M. Our client have a diverse portfolio so the successful Senior Architectural Technologist will get the opportunity to work on residential, sports & leisure, student accommodation and extra care projects. The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will work across all RIBA Stages, so experience across all Stages is important. Our client are a Revit using practice, so prior experience with the software is important.

• Liaising with clients and stakeholders
• Work on projects across all RIBA stages
• Technical detailing
• Run projects
• Produce high-quality drawings on Revit
• Develop project briefs and work on these as the project progresses
• Going to site and producing various reports

• Good knowledge of Revit
• High technical standard
• Project running experience
• Experience working across all RIBA stages
• Live within a commutable distance of Cambridge
