Design Manager

Henry Martin Group are partnered with an established contractor who are seeking a Design Manager. This contractor operates across both the public & private sectors, with much of this coming from repeat, long standing clients. Project values range between 10Mil - 100Mil+

As the Design Manager you will be responsible for the management of the design process on 2 commercial Cut + Carve projects in Cambridge town centre, valued around 10m each. You will have the support of a Senior Design Manager.

The client is fairly flexible on background, but they're looking for someone with good design experience. This could be a current Design Manager, or an Assistant looking to make the step up. Experience working on commercial refurb projects is ideal (whilst in a design management role, or potentially whilst at a practise/consultancy), but awide range of sector experience will be considered.
