Remote Mortgage Adviser - Qualified Appointments Provided
Are you looking for a remote working from home opportunity, giving you the flexibility to work around your family life?
One of our clients based in Yorkshire are recruiting for an experienced and hungry Mortgage Adviser to work remotely on a self-employed basis. Our client鈥檚 existing client bank and new business is mainly in the HNW space, including sports personalities, which you will be servicing, as well as new mortgage inquiries.
What would be required
路CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and signed off as CAS
路Minimum 2 years whole of market experience, not single tied
路Use of office if local but mainly remote working
路Ability to self-generate business in addition to any company appointments provided
What you'll receive
路Full administration support post you signing up a case.
路Generous commission of up to 70% for self-gen business and 50% company appointments.
路Potential for financial assistance for those with a demonstrable track record . Banking figures and further proof of bankings will be required for any financial assistance.
路OTE 拢70k-拢85k self-employed
路Remortgage enquiries where admin have already contacted the client and uploaded all up to date documents (pay slips, accounts, bank statements etc) for your consideration in placing the case.
路Support and Development to further career
Please note this role requires full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification, whole of market experience and sign off as Competent Adviser status, if you do not have this we will not proceed with the application.
