Finance Administrator - Fixed-Term (12 Months, Possible Extension)

We are hiring a Finance Administrator to join a dynamic EMEA finance team. This is a 12-month fixed-term role with the potential for extension, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a strong European presence.
Responsibilities:- General Ledger (GL) reviews & reconciliation
- Balance sheet management
- Handling audits and financial controls
- Working with HR SAP systems
- Excel-based financial reporting and analysis
- 3-6 years’ experience in finance administration (not overly senior)
- Minimum 2-3 years’ UK finance experience
- Strong understanding of financial processes, audits, and reconciliations
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP (HR module knowledge a plus)
- Flexible on education but must have hands-on finance experience
You’ll be part of an EMEA finance team, reporting to a UK-based manager who oversees European operations. The team consists of 3-4 members across Europe, providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.
