Looking for a busy and varied role in a thriving Business development/Marketing team?

As Business Development & Marketing Coordinator you'll be responsible for managing all new inbound enquiries. This is a very important role with it being that initial point of contact, where you'll be showcasing the expertise, professionalism and services the company offers, so being able to build rapport and credibility is essential.

Here's an overview of the job and day-to day duties:

  • Allocate enquiries to the appropriate specialist and coordinate meetings.
  • Maintain timely communication with clients and prospects throughout the introductory process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Follow up with appropriate uncontactable prospects at 6 and 12-month intervals.
  • Provide regular feedback on insights from inbound enquiries; trends, discussion topics, challenges and concerns.
  • Leverage insights from enquiries to identify and form business development campaign opportunities.
  • Support successful campaigns by efficiently and accurately enriching data.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal and external networks to enhance client and prospect experience.
  • Help to accurately maintain the firm's pipeline using regular touchpoints.
  • Coordinate and schedule pipeline calls with senior team members
  • Feed into weekly reporting on enquiry data and pipeline progress.
  • Produce quarterly reports for follow-up.

  • Customer service or sales experience.
  • Experience in understanding a client / customers' requirements and formulating a solution.
  • Able to build fantastic relationships with prospects and colleagues.
  • Passionate about client care/good customer service.
  • Approachable and personable.
  • Considerate and accurate when it comes to client communications and reporting.
