Facilities Maintenance Operative

Are you looking for a permanent opportunity working within a strong team for one of the most prestigious Colleges in Cambridge?

Location: Cambridge

Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30am - 5:00pm - 37.5 hours per week.

Salary: Up To £37,000 Per Annum

Duties Of This Role Include:

  • Completing reactive maintenance across the facility - Including Office spaces, student accommodation, and halls.
  • We are seeking somebody with an electrical bias
  • Assisting and overseeing an apprentice who is 1 year into their course.
  • Fixing broken lightbulbs
  • Repairing minor plumbing.
  • Tools, PPE and a Van are provided
  • There is external venues and properties which you will be required to attend to.
