Facilities Maintenance Operative

Location: Cambridge
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30am - 5:00pm - 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: Up To £37,000 Per Annum

Duties Of This Role Include:
- Completing reactive maintenance across the facility - Including Office spaces, student accommodation, and halls.
- We are seeking somebody with an electrical bias
- Assisting and overseeing an apprentice who is 1 year into their course.
- Fixing broken lightbulbs
- Repairing minor plumbing.
- Tools, PPE and a Van are provided
- There is external venues and properties which you will be required to attend to.
What we're looking for in you:
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong electrical background.
- Qualified electrician.
- Self-motivated and willingness to learn.
- Reliable and punctual.
