Job Summary:Join our team to ensure the security, care, and smooth operation of our church premises. You'll maintain a high-quality environment, oversee cleaning and maintenance, and support the church community and its hirers.Key Responsibilities:
- Secure the building and manage access.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the site.
- Oversee heating, lighting, and energy conservation.
- Act as Health and Safety Officer.
- Coordinate with contractors for repairs and maintenance.
- Support events by setting up furniture and equipment.
- Manage emergency situations and routine security.
Requirements:
- Competent handy person skills.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours and be on call for emergencies.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
